cette production est soumise aux al\u00e9as climatiques. Afin de la r\u00e9ussir, il y a quelques r\u00e8gles \u00e0 respecter.<\/strong><\/p><p>La date de semis de la d\u00e9rob\u00e9e est primordiale : semez rapidement apr\u00e8s les ensilages de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales ou les r\u00e9coltes d\u2019orges pour profiter de l\u2019humidit\u00e9 r\u00e9siduelle. Apportez de l\u2019attention au semis : enfouir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en appuyant pour un bon contact graine-sol. Le semis avec un semoir \u00e0 c\u00e9r\u00e9ales est plus pr\u00e9cis et indispensable pour les implantations de m\u00e9langes d\u2019esp\u00e8ces. Des pluies au moment du semis et de la lev\u00e9e sont d\u00e9terminantes pour la r\u00e9ussite de ces intercultures estivales. Pratiqu\u00e9e dans d\u2019autres r\u00e9gions du monde, la technique du p\u00e2turage de la betterave int\u00e9resse de plus en plus les \u00e9leveurs, le bovin consommant l\u2019ensemble de la plante directement au champ. Le p\u00e2turage de la betterave permet de fournir un fourrage riche au troupeau, \u00e0 moindre co\u00fbt et sans contrainte mat\u00e9riel. Il ne faut pas d\u00e9passer le tiers de la ration totale et ne pas l\u2019utiliser pour les jeunes animaux. Il faut le semer avant la mi-juillet car il a besoin de chaleur pour se d\u00e9velopper. Le sorgho a une bonne capacit\u00e9 de repousse et il peut fournir un feuillage vert en \u00e9t\u00e9. Son exploitation est possible 70 jours apr\u00e8s le semis.
