FEATURES AND BENEFITS
RGT Pacer is a strong, versatile leafy turnip that comes into its own filling the summer feed gap when pasture quality and growth tail off. Spring-sown, it provides multiple grazings of high-quality summer feed, with no ripening period so stock can get onto the crop early and you can start turning feed into liveweight sooner.
Its fast establishment helps it get away quickly and suppress weeds, while rapid recovery between grazings and a low bolting tendency keep the crop leafy and maintain feed quality across several rounds. Like any forage brassica, including RGT Pacer in the system helps maintain a good rotation and clean up tired paddocks, and as a high-yielding crop it can deliver strong gross margins.
