FEATURES AND BENEFITS
RGT Quest is a multi-purpose white clover bred for clover root weevil tolerance, with a dense network of stolons that keeps its growing points close to the ground and allows it to recover quickly from both weevil pressure and hard grazing. That high stolon density is the foundation of its excellent persistence, helping quality clover remain in the sward rather than thinning out.
It performs under both rotational grazing and set stocking across a range of systems, from sheep and beef to high-production dairy, contributing both quality and quantity of feed. With the high protein and energy content typical of legumes, and the nitrogen it fixes for surrounding grasses, RGT Quest is an excellent addition to any permanent pasture mix.
FARM SUITABILITY
Strong spring and summer growth with very good cool season production, while high stolon density keeps it persistent under grazing year after year.
Suitable for all stock classes under rotational grazing or set stocking, from sheep and beef to high production dairy.
Sow at 2 to 4kg/ha in a grass seed pasture mix, moving to the upper end for higher clover content and more fixed nitrogen.
